Siarhei Siamionau Justified

On 4 October Tsentralny district court of Homel justified Siarhei Siamionau because of absence of corpus delicti in his actions. 

On 9 September on the Ukrainian border the customs officers composed an administrative report on Siamionau after he requested a blank of customs declaration in Belarusian. Later the chair of State customs committee Aliaksandr Shpileuski called the absence of blanks of tax declaration in Belarusian his personal mistake.
