Trial of Lawyer Uladzimir Adynets

On 16 October 2003 Minsk Maskowski Borough Court considered the administrative case against the lawyer Uladzimir Adynets. He was accused of violation of Article No. 166.1 of the Code of Administrative Violations (“disrespect to court”).Uladzimir Adynets defended the interests of Aliaksandr Yarashuk, leader of Belarusian congress of democratic trade unions, and the interests of the air traffic controllers during the liquidation of this body. The trial of Adynets started at 9.30 a.m. at Minsk Makowski Borough Court (Rosa Luxemburg 2ndalley, 4).
