APPEAL
Human Rights Center “Viasna” faces the real danger of liquidation.
On 21 October the Supreme Court of Belarus will start the consideration of the suit of the Justice Ministry for liquidation of the Public Association “Human Rights Center “Viasna”.
This action of the authorities is connected with our stable position in defense of human rights in the country and the active participation in the monitoring of the election.
We have been working since spring 1996. Thousands of people received support of the center. Now we need your help.
The citizens, who are concerned with the fate of Human Rights Center “Viasna”, have the possibility to express their solidarity with the organization that really helps to people, by coming at 9.45 a.m. on October 21 to the building of the Supreme Court in Lenin Street 28.
