Vawkavysk “Radio-taxi 22222” Works again

On 5 November, after about a month’s break, Vawkavysk firm “Radio-taxi 22222” started working again. The Ministry of Transport renewed the license for passenger transportation to the businessman Mikhail Awtukhovich. The decision was signed in the evening of 4 November by the first vice-Minister of Transport Mikalay Verkhavets.

The 11 Mercedes cars again drive in the city. The first client phoned at 11.09 and was given a bottle of champagne as a gift.

Vice-Head of the Transport Policy Board Vasil Yawsey said to a correspondent of pahonia.promedia.by that the order was a result of the decision of the commission on licensing of transport activity.

On 20 October the Transport Ministry transportation license to Mikhail Awtukhovich for a month on request of the Ministry of Taxes and Dues suspended the passenger. However, the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Belarus considered this decision as a mistake of the Transport Ministry and submitted to the Ministry its protest where it was said that the found violations of the tax legislation didn’t contradict to the rules of the transport activity.
