Supreme Court to Consider Complaint against Non-Registration of Association of Public Associations “Assembly”

At 10 p.m. on 22 December the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus (Lenin Street, 28) will consider the complaint against the decision of the Ministry of Justice not to register the Association of Public Associations “Assembly”. On the same day the consideration of the cassation complaint of the PA “Independent Society of Legal Research” against the decision of Minsk City Court that found the warnings, issued to the association by the justice board of Minsk City Executive Committee legal and reasonable.Add commentary
