“Hrodnaablsayuzdruk” Refuses to Sell “Den” Newspaper

Today “Hrodnaablsayzudruk” refused to accept for distribution the first number of the “Den” newspaper, issued in 2004, breaking the existing agreement. When members of the editorial board of the newspaper took the newspaper to the expedition department of the Trading Republican Unitarian Enterprise “Hrodnaablsayuzdruk”, the head of the expedition department Yanina Dzikevich refused to accept the circulation, referring to the order of Halina Makarevich, vice-head of the enterprise. All attempts of the “Den” editor Mikola Markevich to find the latter person were fruitless.The agreement for distribution and expedition of the retail circulations of “Den-press” by “Hrodnaablsayuzdruk” was signed on 22 January 2004. According to the document, the latter party undertook to accept 450 copies of the “Den” newspaper for distribution in Hrodna and Hrodna region.
