Minsk Leninski Borough Court Punishes Mikhail Marynich for Publication in “Narodnaya Volia”

According to RFE/RFL, on 13 April Leninski Borough Court of Minsk fined Mikhail Marynich about 90 USD for the fact that in the “Collapse” article, published in the newspaper “Narodnaya Volia” Mikhail Marynich called himself a member of the public organization “For Worthy Life”. This organization hasn’t been registered by the Ministry of Justice, thought the appropriate documents have been filed.

At trial Mikhail Marynich explained it with a technical mistake: during the reprinting of the text the words “organization committee” before “For Worthy Life” were omitted. It’s worth mentioning, that Mikhail Marynich informed the Ministry of Justice about it before the trial.
