Foul Expressions and Swastika on Karatkevich Monument in Vitsebsk

According to RFE/RL, a swastika and insulting inscriptions have been recently drawn on the monument to the Belarusian writer Uldadzimir Karatkevich not far from Lenin Square in Vitsebsk. Officials from Vitsebsk City Executive Committee think that it is simple teenage hooliganism, whereas opposition considers it as possible manifestations of the activity of Russian National Unity in the city.Add commentary
