Uladzimir Shantsaw Detained

On 14 May in Mahiliow the police detained the head of Mahiliow regional branch of the United Civil Party Uladzimir Shantsaw for distribution of the newspaper “Vremya” and took him to Mahiliow Leninski Borough Board of Internal Affairs where 100 copies of the newspaper were confiscated.Add commentary
