Minor Beaten for Posting Fly-sheets

According to the press-center of “Charter-97”, the under aged Maksim Hromaw and Katsiaryna Klimko were detained in the evening of 25 May near Yakub Kolas Square. Maksim Hromaw was beaten during the detention. The police composed reports for violation of Article 143 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Republic of Belarus (violation of sanitary norms). Then Maksim Hromaw registered the beating and was going to apply to prosecutor’s office against the illegal actions of the police. However, in the morning Maksim Hromaw and Katsiaryna Klimko were taken to the police again.Add commentary
