Uladzimir Shantsaw and Anatol Zawialaw Detained in Bykhaw

In the evening of 2 July the head of Mahiliow organization of the United Civil Party (UCP) Uladzimir Shantsaw and the secretary of Mahiliow regional committee of the Party of Communists of Belarus Anatol Zawyalaw were detained in the town of Bykhaw (Mahiliow region).The detainees came to Bykhaw for meeting with Bykhaw active of the Peple’s Coalition “5+”. They were detained by the police before the meeting, while handing out fly-sheets outdoors.
A report for distribution of printed production without issue data was composed on Anatol Zawyalaw, who had 1 500 fly-sheets with him. The fly-sheets were confiscated. Besides, the meetings in Bykhaw and Slawharad didn’t happen due to the three-hour detention.
