Today, on 27 July 2004, Savetski Borough Court tried the participant of the protest action that was conducted by democratic opposition on 21 July. Ruslan Kharkevich was fined 20 basic values ($181). We should remind that during the action Kharkevich was squeezed by the policemen so severely, that an ambulance took him away. Of course, no compensation for physical injuries will be paid to him.Add commentary
