Staging Shooting as Means to Exact Testimony. Vitebsk Resident Sues KGB

On 25 August Mikhas Zemlakow will defend the honor and property of his family in Centralny court of Minsk. He sued the Minsk and Minsk region KGB Board.Three years ago the Belarusian police turned his son’s life upside-down. They organized a “night of lawlessness” in the young guy’s apartment. The police tried to force him to confess to a murder he had never committed. They turned the whole apartment inside out and confiscated more than 70 things from his house. That night they beat Yury in the corridors of Partyzanski police board. The culmination of the night was a staged shooting!
Now, after 3 years of correspondence with numerous officials, the father of the family managed to bring the vase to court.
On 25 August Mikhas Zemlakow will try to return the groundlessly seized family property which is now kept at Minsk and Minsk region KGB board.
