Human Rights Activist Fined 3 Basic Values

On 2 September the administrative commission of Navapolatsk City Executive Committee fined the lawyer of the unregistered interregional organization “Viasna Paazerya”, member of the People’s coalition “5+” Aliaksey Lukashevich for participation in the organization of the public voting concerning the third presidential term to Aliaksandr Lukashenka (the result of the voting is -- 84,17% are against the third term).The head of “Viasna Paazerya” Zmitser Salawiow has complained to court against the decision of this administrative commission to fine him 5 basic values for distribution of fly-sheets against the third term.
