BSDP (NH) Candidate Receives Warning

On 7 September Vitsebsk circuit election commission No. 19 issued a warning to the candidate to Parliament from Belzarusian Social Democratic Party “Narodnaya Hramada” Volha Karach on two episodes:1. The senior engineer of housing board No. 3 V. Hruzdenka made a written statement that she had seen a woman who agitated for Volha Karach near house 41 of Prawdy Street in Vitsebsk, without mentioning the surname of the alleged agitator. It’s quite interesting that Hruzdenka is the head of the initiative group of Hleb Ivanow, deputy of the Parliament who runs in the same circuit as “official” candidate.
2. Vice-director of educational work of secondary school No. 6 V. Kuzniatsova in his written statement to election commission No. 19 witnessed that she had been visited by the pupil Viachaslaw Andreyew who collected signatures for nomination of Volha Karach, whereas Andreyew explained to Karach’s initiative group that he didn’t collect any signatures.
