Family Detained for Self-made Flysheets

At night of 16-17 September in Minsk the police detained Aliaksey Charniayew and Alena Valynetsk-Charniayeva for posting self-made fly-sheets against the referendum in Ramanawskaya Slabada Street. The police took them to Minsk Maskowski Board of Internal Affairs and drew reports for violation of article 143 of the Administrative Code (violation of sanitary norms).In an hour the detainees were let go.Add commentary
