CCP Member Henadz Plashko Fined for Leaflet Distribution

On September 21 member of Christian Conservative Party Henadz Plashko was detained by the plant entrance. He spread leaflets with the call to boycott the parliamentary election and the referendum. On 28 September Zavodzki court of Minsk fined him 190 000 BYR (about 95 USD).Add commentary
