Police made a shake-up without production of a relative warrant in the pre-election headquarter of Henadz Ananieu, the candidate from the United Civil Party at Vorsha district.

30.09.2004.

The incident took place without presence of the owner when at the office there were three employees of the headquarter. The police took samples of printed matter which were at the headquarter. Henadz Ananieu considers such actions of the police to be infraction of the law: “They entered the flat by lies and were looking around and inspecting tables and furniture. This is the same as if they came to somebody’s home and started inspecting it”. Henadz Ananieu is famous for participating in the hunger-strike in June this year under the slogan in favour of free and just elections.
