Another Minor Detained for Fly-sheets

The pupil of secondary school No. 6 of Vitsebsk, activist of the youth organization “Seventh’s Facet” Viachaslaw Andreyew distributed fly-sheets with urges to say “no” at the referendum. He threw fly-sheets into post boxes. The police detained him outdoors and took to a police point. There they confiscated several hundred fly-sheets and drew on Andreyew a report for distribution of printed production without issue data. In several hours they let him go, but told they would inform the commission on the affairs of minors about this case.RFE/RL
