A BHC forwarded a drunk Head of the electoral commission to the police

On October 13 Razviakow, the head of the district commission of the Pharynava town, was given to the police being drunk during a pre-term elections. The policemen brought Razviakow to Polatsak Psychiatric hospital for examination. The commission’s head was given to the police by BHC observer Uladzimir Amosaw. Razviakou is a director of Village House of Culture in Pharynava (VPK). On October 12 at 10:00 he torn away an agitation poster of the candidate Dzmitry Salaujou from the door of the VHK. He explained his action by the fact that the pre-term election had been started and agitation should be put away.“SPRING” INFORMATION DEPARTMENT
