UCP Activist Andrei Kozel Arrested

UCP activist Andrei Kozel was detained on October 13, on Niamiha subway station. Centralny court of Minsk sentenced him to 4 days of arrest for “hooliganism”. Andre Kozel managed to inform the UCP headquarters about his arrest. He claims he has done nothing wrong.Add commentary
