The members of Belarusian People’s Front Uladzislaw Tokaraw and Kanstantsin Horny were detained in the Freedom Square of Minsk on 28 December 2004. Almost two months later district administrative commissions finally considered the administrative cases against them and issued warnings.Add commentary
