The governing board of the BPF Party, Soym, received a written warning from the Justice Ministry

“The organization structures of the party using apartments in residential buildings as their legal addresses act in breach of the related legislation of the Republic of Belarus. However, the party takes no measures aimed at remedying these violations. In view of the above and guiding by terms of Article 32-34 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Political Parties”, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus issues a written warning to the Soym of the BPF Party. The governing board of the party should within a month’s term take measures aimed at eliminating the indicated violations, and submit to the registration agencies documents required for registering the changes or de-registering the corresponding organization structures of the party. Upon accomplishment, the above measures should be reported to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, with appropriate documents submitted. We note that the failure to act in accordance with the above requirement may lead to legally-envisaged action against the party and its organization structures. This written warning can be appealed within a month in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
