Siarhei Skrabets Fined 4 Million 800 Thousand Rubles for the Hrodna Businessmen's Rally

Today in Hrodna the former leader of the deputy faction Respublika Siarhei Skrabets was punished for the Hrodna Businessmen's Rally that took place on 10 February. He was fined 4 million 800 thousand rubles. Siarhei Skrabets was detained yesterday and spent the last nigh in the detention cell.
Judge Natallia Kozel did not take much time to hear the administrative action brought against Siarhei Skrabets. He denied he had been the rally organizer, but the judge thought the defendant's name on the flyer justified the decision.
Before the unauthorized rally of the businessmen took place, a flyer calling on the businessmen to stage a one-day strike had been distributed. The flyer had three names indicated as the undersigned – Zmitsier Ivanouski, General Valery Fralou and Siarhei Skrabets. Judge Natallia Kozel had already fined Fralou in the amount of 300 basic units for the organization of the rally, reports Radio Liberty.
