On 23 March Zmitsier Bandarenka, the coordinator of the civil initiate Charter-97, was arrested for 10 days.

On 22 March Zmitsier Bandarenka and the Zubr coordinator Mikita Sasim were arrested after the action "Free Political Prisoners!" that took place in Kastrychnitskaya Square in Minsk.On 23 March Judge Aliaxei Bychko found Zmitsier Bandarenka guilty of violating Art. 156 and 166 of the Administrative Code (disorderly conduct and insubordination to police demands). For the same reason 10 days in jail were given to Mikita Sasim.
