On 22 March Nadzeia Reutskaya, judge of Maskouski Borough Court of Minsk, adopted a ruling requiring that Viachaslau Hancharenka, pastor of the New Life Church of the Association of the Communities of the Christians of the Complete Gospel, should pay a fine of 720 thousand rubles.

The court found the pastor guilty of illegally organizing on 23 January a gathering of believers, which took place in a former cow-shed. During the past six months the officials repeatedly fined the leadership of the community for divine services conducted in the former cow-shed. Despite this, believers continue to gather in the building every week and demand that the authorities allow them to reconstruct the cow-shed in Sukharava, Minsk, so that the building could be suitable for services.
