On 25 May at 10 a.m. Leninski Borough Court of Minsk ( 33 Siamashki Street) would start to deal with the suit filed by the deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly, the LDPB leader, Siarhei Haidukievich against the Narodnaia volia

On 5 April Siarhei Haidukievich filed a suit against the editorial office of the newspaper requiring refutation of the information published in the Narodnaia volia No.39 of 1 April 2005 in the article Letter of Haidukievich. And a fax message for Haidukievich" (in particular, the contents of the fax message published: "To: Mr. S.Haidukievich. Chairman" and the phrase "We urgently require that you pay back 996 798.060 US dollars you owe us") and payment of damages worth 200 000.000 rubles.
