According to the Human Rights Center Viasna lawyer Valiantsin Stefanovich, "the special detention center said they could not solve this problem because the chief is not there. A representative of the Embassy of Georgia in Kiev came to Minsk, he tried to solve the problem but failed… Thus they violated the right to food parcel and defense.
