Lawyer again not allowed to see the detained citizens of Georgia

On 29 August the lawyer Paviel Sapielka, whose powers were registered according to the effective legislation on Friday 26 August, again visited the special detention center, planning to see the detained citizens of Georgia but failed. He wanted to familiarize his defendants with the complaint about the illegal decision of the Belarusian authorities to deport the Kkhmara leaders and pass over a food parcel prepared by the Human Rights Center Viasna. The reason for denial was the same as before: the head was not in.Thus, Georgi Kandelaki and Luka Tsuladze are still deprived of legal assistance and possibility to appeal against the KGB deportation decision in court.
