The leader of the Young Front in salihorsk, Siarzhuk Marchyk, is going to appeal the illegal verdict

Siarzhuk Marchyk was accused of violation of article 167 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus for participation an "unauthorized picket" on December 16 and was fined 20 basic units.
However, Siarzhuk Marchyk knows the Administrative Code quite well because his work is connected with laws. So, according to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of 2003, a picket is activity whose participants express their political, social, or religious views. That is why the young man is going to appeal the verdict in court and fight to cancel the verdict, - reports the press service of the Young Front.
