A criminal case about protection of dignity of the embers of the initiative group of the united candidate is won is Zhodzina

On February 22, Zhodzina Court was considering the case initiated by the members of the initiative group of Aliaksandr Milinkevich. The case was initiated against Valiantsina Silich who was assaulting the members of the above-mentioned initiative group at the city market. The members of the group are Chartkou and Gudzilin.
The materials were directed to the court by the head of Zhodzina MDIA Shliakhtsin only after a human rights activist Lapitski who witnessed the incident had presented the photographs taken at the market. Ihar Makarski would stop the case without the photos and interference of the officer of Zhodzina MDIA. They said they could not find the woman who had violated the law. Thus, only professionalism of the human rights activist allowed finishing the case successfully.
During the court sitting, Valiantsina Silich behaved herself as the activists had violated her rights. She even expected that the court would support her “right” position and was really surprised when the court fined her 29 thousand rubles. And the retired woman will be obliged to pay one basic unit from her pension. After the verdict the retired woman warned the witnessed that she would ask the devil to punish them.
