Belarusian Scientists Are Ordered to Vote Early and Correctly

On 17 March Human Rights Center Viasna obtained the information that the chair of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Miasnikovich ordered the heads of the academy’s institutes to make their employees vote ‘early and correctly’. Later Belarusian TV broadcasted the early voting of some Belarusian scientists.Add commentary
