Chair of Homel Regional Milinkevich’s Headquarters Uladzimir Katsora Detained by Police

At about 8.30 p.m. on 18 March in Homel the police detained Uladzimir Katsora, the chair of Homel regional electoral headquarters of Aliaksandr Milinkevich. When U.Katsora was on the way home, a youngster in plain clothes came up to him and asked a question. Mr Katsora started talking to him, and then there came the police and the youngster accused Katsora of swearing.Add commentary
