Navapolatsk: Violations at Polling Station #9

On 19 March at polling station #9 in Navapolatsk the observers Dzmitry Salauiou (nominated by a group of citizens) and Ihar Pashkevich (nominated by the Belarusian Language Society) registered the following - during the count of the votes from the early vote five days before 19 March) 98% ballots were for Lukashenka. All of the ballots that were put into the ballot box for early voting were signed by the same commission members, were accurately folded 1/2, which differed them from the ballots that were put into the ballot box for the voting day. All in all the ballot box for early voting contained about 1 800 ballots. In the ballot box for the election day the number of ballots for Lukashenka, Milinkevich and Kazulin almost didn’t differ visually. All this witnesses that the ballots in the box for the early voting weren’t the ballots that were thrown into it by the electors. They were replaced with the prepared sheaf. About 1 500 students were made to vote early at that polling station, and it is impossible to imagine 98% of them voted for Lukashenka.
