Arrests in Vitsebsk
21.03.2006.
On 19 March Vitsebsk Kastrychnitski Borough Board of Internal Affairs arrested Siarhei Parsiukevich for five days. His wife found out that he refused from food parcels.Kanstantsin Perahud and Uladzislau Tokarau were summonsed to Vitsebsk Chyhunachny Borough Court for administrative trial. The court sitting ended up with returning of the police reports for further procession.
