Attorney Alexander Galieyu Could Not Enter the “House of Justice”

Alexander galiyeu was not allowed to enter the “House of Justice” court building. He had all the necessary documents, passport, and attorney’s license on him. Attorney Galiyeu defended Anatol Labedzka, leader of the United Civic Party. After the trial Mr. Galiyeu went outside and was not allowed to come back. This is a gross violation of Art 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, and the law about advocateship. It violates the rights of the detained to defense.Add commentary
