The action “Sviechka Pamiatsi” (“A Candle of Memory”) dedicated to the Chernobyl tragedy is to start at 8 PM in Brest. Iuras Hubarevich and Iauhen Prakurat have been detained half an hour before the action. They are taken to Maskouski borough police department of Brest. The accusation against the activists stays unclear.Add commentary
