As we’ve reported, an expert was looking for drugs in the car of Mr. Hubarevich. The expert failed to find them, though there were several New Year postcards of Mr. Milinkevich. The officials began drawing up the report according to article 173 of the code of administrative violations - the spreading of printed editions without date-line the contents of which harm the state system, the rights and legal interests of the citizens.Add commentary
