A committee of a social initiative For Defense of the Political Prisoners and Illegally Imprisoned in Belarus created.

The former political prisoners Mikhail Marynich, Aliaksandar Vasilieu and Valer Levaneuski are the members of the committee. They are aiming at discharging the illegal sentences and the release of the political prisoners.The initiators claim they will help not only the political prisoners. They are also going to improve the situation of all the imprisoned in Belarus and fight the tortures in Belarusian prisons. The press service gives its e-mail: politzek@tut.by
