Presidential election in Vitsebsk: final results of repressions

The latest campaign in Vitsebsk was marked with the largest number of repressed people. Within 4 months of the campaign the authorities imposed BYR 9.5 mln of fines. 1.5 mln were spent on paying for legal aid and imprisonment expences. 15 people were put in jail. 3 persons were fired, 1 student was sent down from University.
