Vitsebsk journalist fined for hooliganism

Siarzhuk Serabro witnessed the action performed by Krystsina Shatsikava and took pictures of it. He was approached by two policemen. Serabro showed his journalists ID. He was asked to join them for a conversation, but the journalist refused. After that he was detained, put into a car and taken to the police station. There, his private things were registered. He was also asked what he had seen during the action. Then he was shown a report, saying he had threatened the police and screamed violently.
He was fined BYR 16,000 by the head of the local Board of Internal Affairs.
After the journalist was released, he found that all the photos had been erased from his camera.
