Iasinovich’s case stopped

On June 23 Polatsk Town Court stopped the case initiated against Anton Iasinovich for distributing leaflets of anti-governmental contents. The judge resolved to stop the hooliganism case because of absence of corpus delicti. At the same time, Iasinovich’s administrative case is still to be considered by a special commission.Add commentary
