Russification spreads on

According to Radio Liberty, the information materials of the 14th International Festival of Sacred Music Mahutny Bozha which is to be held in Mahiliou were for the first time published in Russian only.The festivals steering committee seems to be unwilling to give any explanations. The local ideology department officials say it happened inadvertently.
