Vitsebsk policeman to be disciplined

The famous human rights activist Valery Shchukin addressed Vitsebsk prosecutors office with a complaint of the violations that took place during Shchukins arrests. He claimed that he had not used foul language while detained. The prosecutors reply said Vitsebsk policeman Shablou would be disciplined for negligence while calculating Shchukins term.Add commentary
