Sanctions lists to be enlarged

George Krol, US Ambassador to Belarus, in his interview to BelaPAN, said that the sanctions can influence even those who are subject to them.The diplomat added that the US sanctions are not part of the Act on Democracy in Belarus. He also said that although they were meant to affect several officials only, their aim is to make those who carry out repressions think about the possible consequences. He said that the lists may be enlarged.
