Temporary status of capital punishment to be introduced in Belarus

The Soviet of Republic approved the changes to the Criminal and the Administrative Code.According to Natalia Andreichyk, head of the Soviets Commission for Legislation and State System, the changes will confirm the temporary status of capital punishment in Belarus.
The bill will also increase the responsibility for drug activity and recruiting for armed conflicts.
