Barys Khamaida fined again

According to the press-service of the Belarusian Association of Journalists, Barys Khamaida was detained on July 11 while distributing the latest issue of Vitsebski Kurier M. On the same day he was fined 31,000 BYR by Vitsebsk Chyhunachny Borough Court for trading in an inappropriate place.Khamaida, together with A.Mudrychenka, had previously been fined for the same offence on June 26.
