On July 5 the representatives of Homel Regional prosecutors office refused to provide Anatol Hatouchyts with information. He intended to learn what kind of document was sent to the prosecutors office to the local executive committee.The thing is Homel Spetskammuntrans is said to cruelly destroy ownerless cats and dogs. The journalist received information only when he phoned the General prosecutor of Homel Region
