Minor thefts decriminalized

A.Lukashenka introduced changes to the Criminal and the Administrative Codes of Belarus. Under the new provisions, minor thefts of personal property will not be legally persecuted.From now on, minor thefts, fraud and other offences with damage not more than 62,000 BYR will result in administrative persecution.
