Milinkevich detained for 2 hours by road police on July 26

On July 26 Polatsk road policemen stopped Milinkevichs car and searched it, while he was driving to meet with the political prisoner Pavel Seviarynets. Two hours later Milinkevich was released from Polatsk District Board of Internal Affairs.Add commentary
